I am surprised at the amount of up-to-date material on wikipedia. Just found a really interesting article in the references as well. It was useful to watch the youtube recording of how wikipedia gets updated by its members.
This looks a useful site for networking, sharing and disseminating work. However, I would feel a bit cautious about putting all my research on the internet for fear of plagiarism.
